On November 4, 2016, the navigation branch of China Institute of Electronics held the 9th session of the committee change conference and the 2016 annual navigation academic conference in Xi’an. More than 40 member representatives from the leading organs, research institutes, institutions of higher learning, military scientific research departments and other units attending the conference and experts and scholars from the navigation industry attended the conference.
