在激光束的能量效应、板料的几何效应以及材料的性能效应等方面对板料激光弯曲成形的技术参数进行了深入研究。结果表明:(1)总的输入能量一定的前提下,大能量密度短时间加热,利于提高板的弯曲角度。(2)板料弯曲角随激光扫描次数近似呈线性增加。(3)在所研究的范围内,弯曲角随板料宽厚比的增加而增大。(4)材料的物理性能与板料激光弯曲角度间存在一定规律,但未发现其常温力学性能与弯曲角度间的一致性规律。
The technical parameters of sheet metal laser bending forming are studied in terms of energy effect of laser beam, geometric effect of sheet metal and performance effect of the material. The results show that: (1) under the premise of a certain total input energy, large energy density heating for a short time, which will help to improve the bending angle of the plate. (2) Sheet bending angle increases linearly with the number of laser scanning. (3) Within the scope of the study, the bending angle increases with the increasing ratio of sheet width to thickness. (4) There is a certain law between the physical properties of the material and the bending angle of the sheet metal laser, but the consistency between the mechanical properties at room temperature and the bending angle is not found.
