通过6组54个试块,对再生碎砖混凝土的强度和氯离子抗渗性能进行了试验研究,分别研究了粉煤灰取代率和再生粗骨料是否筛分对再生碎砖混凝土的强度和渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明:再生碎砖混凝土的抗压强度随粉煤灰取代率的提高而降低;再生碎砖混凝土的氯离子抗渗性能与粉煤灰取代率并不是单调变化的规律;再生粗骨料是否筛分对混凝土的抗压强度影响不大,但是对其氯离子抗渗性能影响较大,并使用最小二乘法对低强再生碎砖混凝土粉煤灰最佳取代率进行了优化设计。计算出了低强再生碎砖混凝土粉煤灰最优替代率,供今后研究参考。
Six groups of 54 test blocks were used to study the strength and chloride permeability of recycled aggregate concrete. The experimental results show that the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete decreases with the increase of fly ash replacement rate. Whether the screening has little effect on the compressive strength of concrete, but has a greater impact on the chloride ion impermeability, and use the least squares method to optimize the replacement rate of low-strength recycled brick concrete fly ash. The optimal replacement rate of fly ash of low-intensity recycled brick-concrete was calculated for future reference.
