采油厂消耗的能源主要是电能,其中45%以上的电能用于满足采油工程系统的日常运行。机械采油在油田开发中约占油井总数的95%左右,而且绝大多数是抽油机井。因此,提高机采井系统效率已成为油田节能降耗、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的一个重要问题。本文主要是研究机井平衡率、盘根松紧度、节能电机、节能控制箱等节能措施对抽油机井系统效率的影响,从而找到提高抽油机井系统效率的方法。根据产液量基本稳定的原则,制定节能设计方案,采取可行的措施,提高抽油机系统效率,最终达到节能降耗的目的。通过对新产能井地面拖动装置进行优化,同时对老井采用新型节能电动机及节能控制箱,能够取得一定的节能效果。
The energy consumed by oil production plants is mainly electrical energy, of which more than 45% of the electricity is used to meet the daily operation of oil production engineering systems. Mechanical oil production in the oil field development accounts for about 95% of the total number of wells, and the vast majority of pumping wells. Therefore, improving the efficiency of the mechanical recovery well system has become an important issue for saving oil, reducing production costs and increasing economic benefits. The main purpose of this paper is to study the influence of energy-saving measures such as well balance, packing tension, energy-saving motors and energy-saving control box on pumping system efficiency, so as to find a way to improve pumping system efficiency. According to the basic principle of stable liquid production, formulate energy-saving design options, to take feasible measures to improve pumping system efficiency, and ultimately achieve the purpose of energy saving. Through the optimization of ground drag device for new production wells and the adoption of a new type of energy-saving motor and energy-saving control box for old wells, a certain energy-saving effect can be achieved.
