高得率浆纤维表面性质对浆料有较大影响,通过SEM-EDS对慈竹、马尾松和尾叶桉磺化化学机械浆(SC-MP)漂白前后纤维表面的形态和化学组成进行了分析,以及碱抽提作用对慈竹SCMP纤维表面的影响进行了研究。结果表明,不同纤维原料SCMP纤维表面形貌有差别,其未漂浆纤维表面都覆盖有一层角质状物质,过氧化氢漂白后更多微细纤维束暴露出来。表面元素分析表明经过氧化氢漂白后SCMP纤维表面的C原子含量均出现下降但不明显。碱抽提对慈竹SCMP纤维表面物质作用不明显。
The surface properties of the high-yield pulp fibers had a significant effect on the slurry. The morphology and chemical composition of the fibers on the surface of Phyllostachys pubescens, Masson pine, and Eucalyptus cassiae chemomechanical pulp (SC-MP) bleached by SEM-EDS Analysis, and alkali extraction on the SCMP fiber surface effects were studied. The results showed that the surface morphology of SCMP fibers differed among different fiber raw materials. The surface of unbleached pulp fibers was covered with a layer of keratinous material, and more microfiber bundles were exposed after hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Surface elemental analysis showed that the content of C atom on the surface of SCMP fiber after hydrogen peroxide bleaching decreased but not obvious. Alkali extraction had no obvious effect on SCMP fiber surface material.
