近年来,新农村建设不断推进,农村民主政治健康有序发展,但与城市相比,农村民主政治的发展仍然存在一些问题。要实现城乡和谐发展,构建经济繁荣、设施完善、环境优美、文明和谐的社会主义新农村,就必须统筹城乡民主政治的发展,提出符合时代发展的战略性构想和切实有效的措施。
In recent years, the construction of new rural areas has been continuously promoted and the democratic politics in rural areas has developed in a healthy and orderly manner. However, compared with cities, there still exist some problems in the development of rural democratic politics. To achieve the harmonious development of urban and rural areas and to build a new socialist countryside with prosperous economy, perfect facilities, beautiful environment and civilized culture, we must make overall plans for the development of democratic politics in both urban and rural areas and put forward strategic proposals and practical and effective measures in line with the development of the times.
