重点项目建设是福建省实施项目带动的核心环节和重要抓手,是海西建设的重要推力、经济增长的重要引擎和改善民生的重要载体。本文对“十一五”期间福建省重点项目建设成效、重点项目建设中存在的部分问题及应对的建议及措施提出自己的见解。
The construction of key projects is the core link and an important starting point for the implementation of the project in Fujian Province. It is also an important thrust for the construction of the Hercynian and an important engine for economic growth and an important carrier for improving people’s livelihood. This article puts forward my own opinions on the construction achievements of key projects in Fujian Province during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, some problems existing in the construction of key projects and the suggestions and measures to deal with them.
