This article discusses the clinical value of EEG in the diagnosis of sporadic and viral encephalitis. Clinical data and results 268 cases of sporadic and viral encephalitis from January 1987 ~ December 1997. EEG follow-up more than 2 times. Age group A 4 to 6 years old, B group 7 to 12 years old, C group 13 to 18 years old and Ding group 19 to 60 years old. <13 years old in 205 cases;>?
