文章从服务外包是经济全球化的必然趋势,发展服务外包能促进我国产业升级、劳动就业、国外直接投资和技术进步。发展服务外包必须转变观念、培养合格人才和建设国家品牌。外包的涵义出发,对企业进行业务外包的功效进行了分析,并提出我国企业应熟悉并运用外包的经营管理理念。
Article from the service outsourcing is the inevitable trend of economic globalization, the development of service outsourcing can promote China’s industrial upgrading, employment, foreign direct investment and technological progress. To develop service outsourcing, we must change our concept, cultivate qualified personnel and build a national brand. The meaning of outsourcing, the effectiveness of business outsourcing were analyzed, and put forward our business enterprises should be familiar with and use of outsourcing management philosophy.
