加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会是保证国家可持续发展的必由之路,是科学发展社会经济的正确决策。我国土地、淡水、能源、矿产资源和环境状况对经济发展已构成严重制约,节约资源将是我国今后长期的基本国策。
To speed up the building of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society is the only way to ensure the sustainable development of the country and the correct decision for the scientific development of social economy. China’s land, fresh water, energy, mineral resources and environmental conditions have posed serious constraints on economic development. Resource conservation will be the fundamental national policy of our country in the long run.
