随着信息技术的飞速发展，因特网以其前所未有的传播速度、扩散空间、交互方式和丰富内涵，为开创我国宣传思想工作新局面提供了难得的机遇。但是，网络是一把“双刃剑”，其负面影响也对我国思想文化阵地构成了严重威胁。面对机遇和挑战，广大宣传思想工作者应站在抢占二十一世纪思想舆论制高点的战略高度，积极主动地认识网络、驾驭网络，旗帜鲜明地在网络空间宣传马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论，传播现代文明和中华优秀文化，为我国改革开放和现代化建设提供有力的思想舆论保证。
With the rapid development of information technology, the Internet has provided a rare opportunity for us to create a new situation in our country’s propaganda and ideological work with its unprecedented speed of communication, space for expansion, interaction and rich connotation. However, the Internet is a “double-edged sword” and its negative impact poses a serious threat to the ideological and cultural position of our country.
