今年3月,我局在下属26个支局中的10个支局开展了无职务党员设岗定责试点工作,104名无职务党员全部上岗履职。合理设置岗位,是保证试点工作取得成效的关键环节,我们在岗位议置上,做到了“明确一个区别,抓住两个重点,突出三化”。第一,明确党员本职工作岗位与党员岗位的区别,使党员认真履行“双岗双责”。在设岗定责工作中, 我们将科以下无领导职务的党员界定为无职务党员,并明确了党员本职工作与履岗工作的区别。要求党员要充分发挥先锋模范作用,做到有岗有位,有位有为,通过履行“双岗双责,身体力行”三个代表“重要思想,充分发挥先锋模范作用。
In March this year, SIPO conducted 10 pilot projects in 10 sub-branches of 26 sub-branches, setting the stage for post-trial appointment of non-government party members, and all 104 non-government party members took the post to perform their duties.
