利用不连续垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分析了大葱和韭菜不同品种的种子醇溶蛋白。结果表明:①大葱与韭菜蛋白质谱带具有明显差异;②具休眠特性的韭菜品种(汉中冬韭)和不具休眠特性品种(嘉兴雪韭、791)主要区别在Rf0.31和Rf0.35这两条谱带上。利用种子醇溶蛋白电泳分析,可以在2天内完成葱蒜类蔬菜品种纯度质量检测工作。试验初步建立了供试品种标准蛋白谱图档案和葱蒜类蔬菜品种纯度快速检验技术规程。
By using discontinuous vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the seed gliadin of different varieties of Chinese onion and leek was analyzed. The results showed that: (1) There were significant differences in the protein bands between Chinese onion and Chinese chives; (2) The main difference between Chinese chives (Han: Chinese allium) and non-dormant (Jiaxing Xueye, 791) were Rf0.31 and Rf0.35 Strip on the band. The use of seed prolamin electrophoresis analysis, can be completed within 2 days purity garlic onion vegetables quality testing.
