引言 现在世界上有些发达国家(如日本、英国、法国、荷兰等)已实现了通信网的数字化;还有些国家已制定了发展规划,大量地采用程控交换、光纤通信和数字微波通信等现代通信技术,以实现通信网的数字化与智能化,为今后广泛地采用ISDN作好准备;为了能够较快和较经济地实现数字化,不少国家还进行了现有通信线路的数字化改造。下面就简要地介绍德国、俄罗斯、和奥地利的通信网数字化的近况。
INTRODUCTION Nowadays, some developed countries (such as Japan, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, etc.) have digitized their communications networks. Some other countries have formulated development plans that make extensive use of modern communications such as program-controlled switching, optical fiber communications and digital microwave communications Technology to digitize and intelligently implement the communication network and prepare for the widespread adoption of ISDN in the future. In order to digitize faster and more economically, many countries have also digitized the existing communication lines. The following is a brief introduction to the recent developments in the digitalization of communications networks in Germany, Russia and Austria.
