太极拳是中国优秀的传统文化,历史悠久,博大精深,源远流长。作为中国传统武术的代表,其套路中包含着旋转、屈伸、回环、跳跃、翻腾、静止、平衡及起伏等动作,需要人体各个部位参与运动,从而使人体得到全面发展。太极拳套路中有许多动作,对青少年身体的速度、力量、灵巧、耐力以及柔韧性都是一个挑战,并且太极拳的一招一式都有它的攻防含义。因此,对于广大青少年朋友来说,练习太极拳不仅可以强身健体全面发展,更有着积极防身的现实意义。
Tai Chi is China’s excellent traditional culture, has a long history, profound, goes back to ancient times. As a representative of Chinese traditional martial arts, its routines include spinning, flexing, stretching, looping, jumping, tossing, rest, balance and undulation. It requires all parts of the human body to participate in sports so that the whole body can be fully developed. There are many moves in Taijiquan routine, which are challenging for young people’s body speed, strength, dexterity, stamina and flexibility, and Taijiquan has its offensive and defensive meaning. Therefore, for the majority of young friends, practicing Tai Chi not only physical and mental development in an all-round way, but also has a positive self-defense of practical significance.
