让评价回归本真。何为本真?我们认为,评价的本真就在于真正促进每位学生的发展和进步。这份本真源于我们的几个基本信念:我们相信每位学生都有发展的需要;我们相信每位学生的发展需要是多元的;我们相信每位学生需要终身发展。教育是个长期的过程,也是一个“慢慢”生发的过程。教育要在期望中等待,要在欣赏中引导每位学生成长。在我们看来,每位学生都有发展的需要,不同年龄段、不同性格、不同家庭背景的学生有不同的发展需要。学生评
Let the evaluation return to the real. What is true? In our opinion, the true value of evaluation lies in the real promotion of each student’s development and progress. This derives our basic belief from us: We believe that every student has a need for development. We believe each student has a diverse range of development needs. We believe that every student needs a lifelong development. Education is a long-term process, but also a “slow” germinal process. Education should wait in expectation, guide each student to grow while appreciating. In our view, every student has the development needs.
