随着市场经济的快速发展，各种经济关系在新的环境中呈现多元化。提高财务人员素质是防止会计信息失真的客观要求。我国财务人员知识结构和整体素质参差不齐，与目前快速发展的社会经济不相称。文章通过对提高财务人员素质的相关论述，提出了相应的解决方法。
