心肌梗塞前综合征系慢性冠心病急剧恶化形成的介于心绞痛和心肌梗塞之间的一个临床综合症候群。此症候群除具有其一些临床特点外,尚有一系列心电图的改变。随着医药卫生技术的逐步发展和提高,通过心电图诊断此征的机会越来越多。而熟识此征的心电图改变,则可能做到早期诊断和及时采取适当措施,从而避免一部分心肌梗塞前综合征演变为心肌梗塞。现就将我们搜集的九例心电图做如下简要分析,并谈几点粗浅的认识:
Pre-MI syndrome is a clinical syndrome between angina pectoris and myocardial infarction caused by the sharp deterioration of chronic coronary heart disease. This syndrome in addition to some of its clinical features, there are a series of changes in ECG. With the gradual development and improvement of medical and health technologies, there are more and more opportunities to diagnose this sign through ECG. And familiar with the ECG changes, it may be possible to do early diagnosis and promptly take appropriate measures to prevent the evolution of some myocardial infarction syndrome before myocardial infarction. Now we collect nine cases of ECG to do the following brief analysis, and talk about a few superficial understanding:
