1新常态下的挑战1)国内磷复肥行业产能过剩,影响行业健康发展据中国磷复肥工业协会初步统计数据,2014年全国磷肥总产量P2O51 685.2万t(国家统计局数据为P2O51 669.9万t),同比上升2.2%。2014年我国磷酸一铵产能达到1 750万t,产量为1 151.3万t,产能发挥率约65.8%;磷酸二铵产能达到1 950万t,产量为1 544.3万t,产能发挥率约79.2%。而国内化肥施用量约P2O5800万~900万t,产能已超出国内市场需求1倍多。
1 Challenges under the New Normal 1) Overcapacity in Domestic Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Industry Affects Healthy Development of the Industry According to the preliminary statistics of China Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Industry Association, the total output of phosphate fertilizer in China in 2014 was 6.852 million tons (National Bureau of Statistics data is P2O51.6699 million t), up 2.2% over the same period last year. In 2014, the production capacity of monoammonium phosphate in our country reached 17.5 million tons, the output was 11.513 million tons, the production capacity utilization rate was about 65.8%, the diammonium phosphate production capacity was 19.5 million tons, the output was 15.443 million tons, the production capacity utilization rate was about 79.2% . The domestic fertilizer application of about P2O58 million to 9 million t, capacity has exceeded the domestic market demand more than doubled.
