新课程改革背景下,教育教学对教师提出了更高水平的要求,它要求教师从学生发展的角度出发,不断地指导学生学习,为学生的未来发展打下坚实的基础。就小学语文教学而言,教师采用得最为广泛的教学方式就是合作教学方式,这种教学方式既有利于为学生营造和谐、良好的学习氛围,又有利于激发学生的学习兴趣。值得重视的是,这种教学方式也带来了激烈的竞争,这就使得很多学生单打独斗,不愿意与其他学生进行交流,久而久之,只会影响学生的健康发展。
Under the background of new curriculum reform, education and teaching have put forward higher requirements for teachers. Teachers are required to constantly guide students in learning from the perspective of student development and lay a solid foundation for the future development of students. As far as primary language teaching is concerned, the most widely used teaching method adopted by teachers is the cooperative teaching method. This teaching method not only helps to create a harmonious and good learning environment for students, but also stimulates students’ interest in learning. It is noteworthy that this teaching method also brings fierce competition, which makes many students go it alone, unwilling to communicate with other students over time, it will only affect the healthy development of students.
