在网络知识经济快速发展的新形势下,高校图书馆的发展正面临着严峻的考验,滞后的图书管理模式已经跟不上时代的发展,高校图书馆的生存和发展受到严重的挑战。高校图书馆是为学生提供阅读服务的学术性机构,只有改变传统模式,开展以人为本的创新服务模式,才能适应时代的发展变化。本文主要围绕图书馆管理现状及如何对高校图书馆进行改革创新、发展以人为本的服务理念等方面作出探讨。
Under the new situation of rapid development of knowledge-based economy in the internet, the development of university libraries is facing a severe challenge. The lagging library management model can not keep up with the development of the times. The survival and development of university libraries are seriously challenged. The university library is an academic institution that provides students with reading services. Only by changing the traditional mode and carrying out the people-oriented innovative service mode, can the university library adapt to the development and changes of the times. This article focuses on the status quo of library management and how to carry out reform and innovation of university library, and develop the service concept of people-oriented.
