木耳散出自王清任《医林改错》一书,由木耳、白砂糖二味药组成。笔者在临床中用此散治疗下肢溃疡,疗效较满意,现报道如下。治疗方法:木耳100克(熔干研极细末),白砂糖100克,两药和匀,瓶装备用。先用茶叶适量煎水250毫升,放少许盐,滤渣待药液温热后洗净患处,视溃疡大小,然后将上药适量用温开水调成糊状外敷,纱布固定包扎,每日换药1次。典型病例:刘某,男,60岁。1983年4月5日初诊。右小腿内踝上溃疡,反复发作3
