为了解老年及青年人大肠癌组织嗜铬蛋白A(ChromograninA,CGA)和P53蛋白聚集变化特征及意义。采用免疫组织化学ABC法,检测术前未经化疗和放疗的25例老年(≥60岁)及15例青年人(≤40岁)大肠癌患者癌组织中CGA及P53蛋白的变化。结果:老年组患者CGA阳性表达5例,占20%,青年组患者阳性表达10例,占67%,老年组CGA阳性表达率明显低于青年组(P<0.005,χ2检验);P53免疫阳性细胞定量分析发现:老年组患者癌组织切片P53阳性细胞数为(662±568)mm-2,青年组为(1208±761)mm-2,老年组明显低于青年组(P<0.05)。提示:青年和老年大肠癌可能有不同的发病学基础,这种不同的发病学基础是影响其临床特征的重要因素之一。
To understand the characteristics and significance of changes in chromogranin A (CGA) and P53 protein in colorectal cancer in elderly and young adults. Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the changes of CGA and P53 protein in the tissues of 25 patients (≥60 years old) and 15 young people (≤40 years) with colorectal cancer before chemotherapy without chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Results: The CGA positive expression in elderly patients was 5 cases, accounting for 20%. The positive expression of CGA in youth group was 10 cases, accounting for 67%.
