蛔虫是人体肠道的最常见的寄生虫,严重影响儿童的健康。由于驱蛔虫药山道年宝塔糖和四咪唑宝塔糖均已淘汰,而六一宝塔糖(含哌哔嗪)也有驱蛔效果欠佳,有效剂量大等缺点,因此,目前尚无较理想的小儿驱蛔药。据报道,左旋咪唑是一种疗效高、剂量小,毒副作用低、并能调节人体免疫功能的广谱驱虫新药。为了保护儿童健康,湖南益阳地区制药厂已将左旋咪唑研制成宝塔糖,于1983年3-6月进行了驱蛔效果对比观察,现报告如下:
