潜阳降压胶囊对肾性高血压有明显的对抗作用,可使小鼠自发活动显著降低,但对戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠无协同作用。安全性实验表明该药毒性较小。
Qianyang Jiangya Capsule has obvious antagonistic effect on renal hypertension, which can significantly reduce the spontaneous activity of mice, but it has no synergistic effect on hypnosis under the threshold of pentobarbital sodium. Safety experiments showed that the drug was less toxic.
