社会主义制度的建立和发展,从世界范围来看,经历了70多年的历史。实践证明,在社会主义条件下,存在着生产力与生产关系、经济基础与上层建筑之间既适应又不完全适应的基本矛盾。立足国情,总结实践经验,根据社会生产力的现实水平和进一步发展的客观要求,自觉调整生产关系中生产力不相适应的部分,调整上层建筑中与经济基础不相适应的部分,这就是我们所说的社会主义改革。
The establishment and development of the socialist system has gone through more than 70 years of history from a worldwide perspective. Practice has proved that under the conditions of socialism, there are basic contradictions between productive forces and relations of production, and between the economic base and the superstructure, which are both adaptive and incompletely adapted. Based on our national conditions, we have summed up our practical experience and adjusted the unreasonable part of the productive forces in the production relations according to the realistic level of social productive forces and the objective requirements for further development. We have to adjust the part of the superstructure that is incompatible with the economic base Socialist reform.
