昌吉回族自治州人大常委会坚持围绕中心,服务大局,从昌吉州经济社会发展的需要出发,抓紧制定与国家法律法规紧密衔接的单行条例,做到成熟一个、立法一个。五年来,共制定地方性法规六项,成为全区五个自治州中立法较多的一个州。为此,记者就如何做好地方立法工作,专访了昌吉州人大常委会主任马登峰。
