1 前言冷轧钢板时使用的冷却液,一方面要除掉混入其中的铁粉(从钢板上脱落下米的),一万面循环再使用。作为从这种冷却液中除掉铁粉的装置,原来使用磁性过滤器(永久磁铁式过滤器)、纸过滤器、离心分离机等。但是,从设备容量这一点来看,用这些过滤器对全部冷却液进行处理是困难的,仅能除掉颗粒比较大的铁粉,粘附在铁粉上的油被带出很多。从提高钢板质量、降低轧制用油单耗的观点来看,现在的装置不能充分满足要求。
