将SCC-PA/t-PA两种基因CDNA所构建的表达载体PSV_2ScUPA,pcDNA-ScUPA及pcDNA-tPA混合后注入小鼠骨骼肌,观察了基因混合注射在小鼠体内的表述情况。体外凝血试验结果显示.质拉注射后第3天凝血时间开始延长,约两周后凝血时间延长幅度最大。第18天体内诱导产生DIC,体外投血时间试验组仍较空白对照组延长一倍以上.抗凝效果明显。相等基因水平下.混合基因注射表达水平和单独基因注射没有差别。减半注射两种混合基因我体.其抗凝效果与不减量单独注射和混合注射效果相同。
