On September 21, 2015, the plenary session of the Library, Information and Documentation Terminology Validation Committee was held in the library of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing to examine and approve the “Terminology of Library Information and Documentation” (Final Draft). Gao Xiang, secretary general of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, member of the party group, and Pei Yajun, full-time deputy director of the National Science and Technology Terminology Accreditation Committee attended the meeting and made speeches.
