1993年2月23日,鹿道有因病不幸逝世,终年42岁。 这位中年法官的病逝,牵动了汪清县许多干部、群众的心,人们顶着寒风,含着热泪,自发地参加他的追悼会。 在他病逝后一年的时间里,县、州、省三级人民法院相继做出开展向他学习活动的决定,省高级人民法院还为他追记一等功,省委于今年8月做出了向他学习的决定。 巍巍长白山,涛涛海兰江,低声地向人们述说着一个大山里法官的故事。
