网络“意见领袖”具有广泛的信息源和知识面,具有较强的思想独立意识和人际交往能力。校园网络“意见领袖”的形成既取决于发表言论的数量和质量,同时也是个别网民追求人格放大、满足自我实现需要的结果。校园网络“意见领袖”在校园舆论形成和发展中发挥着关键作用,应从线上线下同时加强对校园网络“意见领袖”的引导工作,建设专业的校园网络舆情工作队伍,构建健康积极的校园舆论环境。
