目的:建立了UV法测定磷酸苯丙哌林缓释胶囊的释放度。方法:采用《中国药典》2005年版二部附录XD第二法,转速为50r·min~(-1),检测波长为270nm。结果:磷酸苯丙哌林在0.03~0.15mg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性线性关系良好(r= 0.9999),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论:用UV法测定磷酸苯丙哌林缓释胶囊释放度方法简单,易于控制其释放度。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a UV method for the determination of release of benproperine phosphate sustained-release capsules. Methods: The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition two appendix XD second method, speed 50r · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength of 270nm. RESULTS: Benproperine phosphate had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.03-0.15 mg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 99.9% and RSD of 1.1% (n = 9).
