26例均有足跳疼痛、麻木、发冷感觉，其中9例还有间歇性跛行，4例有足处或足底、足背部溃疡。用足背动脉触论及踝／肱指数测定。结果：可触及正常足背动脉搏动者15例，足背动脉触不到或只触及极微弱搏动者11例。其中9例踝／肱指数＜1，提示下肢中、小动脉有硬化性闭塞。5例经动脉造影证实糖尿病合并下肢股动脉段闭塞，均接受外科血管重建性手术，术后足趾痛和间歇性跛行消失。
Twenty-six patients had foot-jump pain, numbness and chills. Among them, 9 patients had intermittent claudication, 4 had foot or foot, and dorsal foot ulcers. Contact with the dorsalis pedis artery and determination of ankle / brachial index. Results: 15 cases of normal dorsalis pedis artery could be touched and 11 cases of dorsalis pedis artery could not reach or only touched very weak beats. 9 cases of ankle / brachial index <1, suggesting that the lower extremity arterioles with hardening occlusion. Five cases of angiography confirmed diabetes mellitus with lower extremity femoral artery occlusion, were undergone vascular reconstruction surgery, postoperative toe pain and intermittent claudication disappeared.
