青年的健康成长依赖于多种内在相关因素,其中包括生活条件,如对青年人精神、身体和社会发展提供基本的条件和机遇,从这方面讲青年人在成长过程中也认识到自己所面临的挑战。其中,许多青年成长起来,而一些却成为失败者。本章涉及到政策和立法对青年健康成长的影响。政策和立法政府各部门是青年健康政策制定和执行的关键,同时它也涉及许多非政府组织(Nongovernmentorganziation).除健康本身之外,对青年健康有密切联系的教育、就业、社会福利、人口、国防、宗教、体育、文化和妇女的法律也处理这些问题。目前,专门的公共卫生措施如改善卫生条件、卫生水供应和免疫计划的实施都不同程度地控制疾病的发生,更多引 The healthy growth of young people depends on a number of inherent relevant factors, including living conditions, such as basic conditions and opportunities for the spiritual, physical and social development of young people, and in this respect, young people also recognize that they are facing themselves during their growth The challenge Many of these youth have grown up, while others have become losers.
