公开课是教师教学生涯中必不可少的经历,也是公认的教师专业化发展的重要途径.公开课除了要完成常规课所要完成的教学任务外,还肩负着大范围地传播先进教学理念、评估与选拔优秀教师的功能,尤其是在各类课堂教学能力比赛中,公开课直接关乎教师的个人发展.因此,如何上好公开课、秀出精彩是广大教师不得不面对的现实问题.下面,笔者根据最近担任县教坛新秀评委的经历,结合“数系扩充与复数的概念”一课的教学片断,与广大同仁一起分享数学公开的“四字诀”.
