根据在分离式霍布金森压杆上进行岩石的高温动态断裂试验的要求设计了一个高温炉,并通过ANSYS程序对高温炉温度场进行模拟,得到了高温炉的温度场分布图。此外,还对包括试件和压杆(入射杆与透射杆)在内的试验系统温度场进行了模拟,比较了试件与压杆接触加热和分离加热两种计算结果。结果表明,采用压杆与试件分离加热方式可使试件获得均匀温度场。
A high temperature furnace was designed according to the requirements of high temperature dynamic fracture test on split Hopkinson pressure bar, and the temperature field of high temperature furnace was simulated by ANSYS program. In addition, the temperature field of the test system including the specimen and the pressure rod (entrance rod and transmission rod) is also simulated, and the results of the contact heating and the separation heating of the test piece and the pressure rod are compared. The results show that the use of pressure rod and specimen separation heating method allows the specimen to obtain a uniform temperature field.
