刑法教学具有提升学生法律素养、培养学生问题解决能力等作用。经分析可知,当前我国刑法教学存在一些问题。基于此,本文主要针对案例教学法的应用优势进行分析,并提出合理的案例选用标准,从案例引入、课前分析、课堂讨论、课堂评价以及教学总结这几个方面,对案例教学法在刑法教学中的应用进行细化分析,以期为当前我国的实际刑法案例教学工作提供可靠的理论参照依据。
The teaching of criminal law has the function of improving students ’legal literacy and cultivating students’ problem solving ability. The analysis shows that there are some problems in the teaching of criminal law in our country. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the application advantages of the case teaching method and puts forward the reasonable selection criteria of cases. From case introduction, pre-lesson analysis, classroom discussion, classroom evaluation and teaching summarization, Teaching in the application of detailed analysis, with a view to China’s actual criminal case teaching to provide a reliable theoretical reference.
