目的 探讨外伤双性白内障伴无虹膜或虹膜缺损患者的有效治疗方法。方法 采用植入带虹膜膈人工晶体治疗18例20眼无虹膜或虹膜缺损的外伤性白内障患者。结果 全部病例带虹膜膈人工晶体植入成功,术后视力眼前数指到0.8,畏光症状减轻或消失。结论 带虹膜膈人工晶体植入术给外伤性虹膜缺损或无虹膜白内障患者,提供了一个行之有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of traumatic cataract with or without iris defect. Methods Twenty eyes of 18 traumatic cataract patients with no iris or iris defect were treated with implanted iris diaphragm intraocular lens. Results All patients with iris diaphragm artificial lens implantation success, the number of eyesight after surgery refers to 0.8, photophobia symptoms reduce or disappear. Conclusion Intraocular lens implantation with iris diaphragm provides an effective method for patients with traumatic or non-iris cataract.
