目的 :探讨结肠癌脾虚证与p5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白表达的相关性 ,揭示病与证之间的内在联系及证的物质基础 .方法 :选择进展期低分化结肠腺癌 6 1例 ,辨证分为脾虚组与非脾虚组 ,对其主要症状进行半定量积分 ,并设正常对照组2 0例 .采用免疫组化S P法检测病理组织中p5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋的表达 .结果 :脾虚组患者p5 3,Bcl 2蛋白的阳性表达率及表达水平显著高于非脾虚组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Bax蛋白阳性表达脾虚组低于非脾虚组 ,但组间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,脾虚患者症状积分与 p5 3,Bcl 2蛋白表达水平呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与Bax蛋白表达水平无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;非脾虚患者症状积分与 p5 3,Bcl 2 ,Bax蛋白表达水平均无显著相关性(P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :结肠癌中医证型与p5 3,Bcl 2蛋白的差异表达有关 ,p5 3,Bcl 2蛋白是结肠癌脾虚证的相关基因
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the expression of p5 3, Bcl 2 and Bax in colon cancer with spleen deficiency syndrome and to reveal the internal relationship between disease and syndrome and the material basis of syndromes.Methods Sixty one cases of advanced poorly differentiated colon adenocarcinoma were selected, Syndromes were divided into spleen deficiency group and non-spleen deficiency group, the main symptoms of semi-quantitative integration, and the normal control group 20 cases were detected by immunohistochemical SP method of pathological tissue p5 3, Bcl 2, Bax egg expression. : The expression of p53 and Bcl2 protein in spleen deficiency group was significantly higher than that in non-spleen deficiency group (P <0.05). The expression of Bax protein in spleen deficiency group was lower than that in non-spleen deficiency group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Symptom scores of patients with spleen deficiency were positively correlated with the expressions of p53 and Bcl 2 protein (P <0.01), and had no correlation with the expression of Bax protein (P> 0.05) ). Symptom scores of patients with non-spleen deficiency had no significant correlation with the expressions of p53, Bcl2 and Bax protein (P> 0.05) .Conclusion: The TCM syndromes of colon cancer are related to the differential expression of p53 and Bcl2 , p5 3, Bcl 2 protein is related genes of colon cancer spleen deficiency syndrome
