若要得到所加工阶梯轴的精确尺寸,必须排除加工基准轴向变化的影响。为此可采用车削多阶梯形的随刀定位装置。它的原理是先将定位装置的指示器与刀具调整到所需加工的尺寸,切削时定位装置随刀具一起运动。当定位装置的指示器接触或指向加工基准时,便得到了所需加工的长度尺寸。这样就排除了加工基准轴向变化的影响。图1是顶针对顶装夹车削外阶梯形的随刀定位装置,图2是控制内孔深度的随刀定位装置。
To get the exact dimensions of the machined step axis, you must rule out the effects of machining datum changes in the axial direction.
