一、坚持服务的原则 (一)端正服务思想。当前,后勤人员中有三种思想影响服务:一是低人一等的思想。后勤人员也往往把自己从事的职业看成是低人一等的工作,难免不使服务变味走形。二是等价交换的思想。等价交换是市场经济的根本法则,从总体上讲,后勤工作价值也应通过等价交换实现,但这种交换应以满意的服务质量为前提。三是在少数后勤职工中还存在着雇佣思想,把医院看作只是医务人员的医院,缺乏自觉、主动服务临床一线和患者的思想意识。笔者认为可以从两个方面引导:一是正确的价值导向。在医院不论医务人员还是后勤人员,不论职务高低,劳动复杂或简单,只要在自己的岗位上尽心尽职都应认可他们的贡献和作用,承认他们的社会地位和价值,创造人格平等的氛围。二是在分配上保持复杂劳动与简单劳动的合理比值,从经济利益上平衡后勤人员的心态、使后勤服务建立在后勤人员自觉的思想基础之上。
First, adhere to the principle of service (A) correct service thinking. At present, there are three kinds of thinking among logistics personnel that affect service: First, the idea of inferior people. Logistical staff also tend to regard the occupations they are engaged in as lower-level jobs, which inevitably does not make the service fragile. The second is the idea of equivalent exchange. Equivalent exchange is the fundamental principle of market economy. Generally speaking, the value of logistics work should also be achieved through equivalent exchange, but such exchange should be based on satisfactory service quality. Thirdly, there are employment ideas among a small number of logistics workers. They regard hospitals as hospitals for medical personnel only, and lack the consciousness, active service of clinical frontline and patient ideology. The author believes that it can be guided from two aspects: The first is the correct value orientation. No matter the medical staff or logistics personnel in the hospital, regardless of the job level, labor is complicated or simple, as long as they are dedicated to their duties, they should recognize their contributions and roles, recognize their social status and value, and create an atmosphere of equality of personality. The second is to maintain a reasonable ratio of complex labor to simple labor in distribution, to balance the mentality of logistics personnel with respect to economic interests, and to establish logistical services on the ideological foundation of logistics personnel.
