喜树碱(Camptothecin,CPT)、石蒜碱铵(Lycobetaine,LBT)及氧代赖氨酸(Oxalysine,OLS)是不同类型的抗癌物质。CPT临床应用对多种恶性肿瘤有疗效,能抑制DNA的合成,影响S期,并阻止细胞核分裂。LBT对动物肿瘤的疗效明显,临床试用也证明对卵巢癌和胃癌有一定治疗作用,它对细胞的G_2期能产生明显阻断,并使肿瘤细胞表面微绒毛脱落,细胞膜结构受到严重的影响。OLS经动物实验证明对多种实体瘤有效。它能抑制赖氨酸代谢,并降低血中纤维蛋白原的含量。从已有资料来看,具有不同化学结构的三种物质对癌细胞的作用机理明显不同。
Camptothecin (CPT), Lycobetaine (LBT) and Oxalysine (OLS) are different types of anticancer substances. Clinical application of CPT is effective against a variety of malignancies, inhibiting DNA synthesis, affecting the S phase, and preventing cell nuclear division. LBT has obvious curative effect on animal tumors. Clinical trials have also proved that it has a certain therapeutic effect on ovarian cancer and gastric cancer. It can significantly block the cell’s G2 phase and cause microvilli on the surface of tumor cells to fall off. The cell membrane structure is seriously affected. OLS has been shown to be effective against a variety of solid tumors in animal experiments. It can inhibit lysine metabolism and reduce blood fibrinogen levels. From the available data, the mechanism of action of the three substances with different chemical structures on cancer cells is significantly different.
