全身性红斑狼疮是严重的全身性疾病,国内自1951年我科朱氏首先报告三例以来,已有不少病例报告。在1949——1959年10年中,我科共收22个病人住院治疗,其中17人已死亡。病例分析(一)发病率:发病年龄由九岁至43岁,在15岁至25岁之青年期占11例,男女之比为1:10,女病人中已婚者11人。其中三人曾经妊娠,生产次数各为2、3、5次。两例在分娩后开始发病,一例在妊娠期病状加重。多数病人在冬季发病,共14例,春季及夏季各四例。(表一)
Systemic lupus erythematosus is a serious systemic disease. Since the first report of three cases in our country in 1951, there have been many case reports of systemic lupus erythematosus. During the ten years from 1949 to 1959, our department received a total of 22 hospitalizations, of whom 17 were dead. Case analysis (A) Incidence: The age of onset from nine years old to 43 years old, in the youth aged 15 to 25 years accounted for 11 cases, the ratio of male to female was 1:10, 11 were married women. Three of them have been pregnant, the production frequency of 2,3,5 times each. Two cases began to develop after childbirth, one case of aggravating symptoms during pregnancy. Most patients in winter onset, a total of 14 cases, four cases in spring and summer. (Table I)
