数字遗产作为现代社会的一个新兴概念,逐渐走入人们的视野始终。在网络日益普及的今天,我国对于数字遗产方面的法律还处于“空白”状态,所以对数字遗产相关法律问题进行探讨意义非凡。本文在概述数字遗产的基础上,提出数字遗产法律保护受到影响的主要因素,然后提出解决措施,希望可以对数字遗产继承的法律问题有一个全新的认识。
Digital heritage as an emerging concept of modern society, and gradually into the people’s vision has always been. Nowadays, with the popularization of the Internet, the law of digital heritage in our country is still “blank”, so it is of great significance to explore the legal issues related to digital heritage. Based on the overview of digital heritage, this paper puts forward the main factors that affect the legal protection of digital heritage, and then proposes solutions to the problem, hoping to have a new understanding of the legal issues concerning the inheritance of digital heritage.
