本研究系首次提取我国北方耐盐碱植物砂引草(M.sibirica L.)的化学成分。采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取砂引草挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术分析鉴定其挥发油成分,用NISTO2质谱库检索确认各色谱峰的成分,并应用面积归一化法测定各种成分的相对质量分数。结果显示,从砂引草挥发油中共分离出78个组分,鉴定出58种化合物,其中含量最高为植醇,占32.23%,且含有多种萜类,如假紫罗兰酮、法尼醇、金合欢醇、香叶基香叶醇、角鲨烯等,共占39.97%。
This study was the first to extract the chemical constituents of M.sibirica L., a saline-alkali tolerant plant in northern China. Volatile oil of Saururus chinensis Franch.
