我国发展冶金工业重要任务之一,就是要大力开展全国資源綜合利用、回收共生有用金属、并积极增加稀有金屬品种,以滿足国民經济大跃进的需要。从当前情况來看,完成上述任务的首要关鍵,是要促进分析工作,特別是稀有金屬分析工作的大跃进。冶金工业部于1958年4月下旬在广西有色局召开了稀有金屬元素分析技术现场促进会。会議总結了几年来分析工作成就和先进經驗,交流了20种稀有金屬的分析方法,并对其中的14种元素进行了操作表演。我国冶金工业分析工作者,在第一个五年計划期間,經过刻苦鑽研,在掌握稀有元素分析技术上取得很大成就,現在已經掌握了全部稀有轻金屬、稀有高熔点金屬和稀散金属的分析方法,并掌握了部分稀土金屬和稀有貴重金屬的分析方法。
China’s development of metallurgical industry, one of the important tasks is to vigorously carry out the comprehensive utilization of resources, recycling symbiotic useful metals, and actively increase the rare metal varieties to meet the needs of the great leap forward of the national economy. From the current situation, the primary key to accomplish the above tasks is to promote the analysis work, especially the great leap forward in the analysis of rare metals. Metallurgical Industry in late April 1958 in Guangxi Bureau of Nonferrous Metals held a site for the promotion of rare metals analysis. The meeting summed up the analysis of achievements and advanced experience in the past few years, exchanged 20 kinds of rare metal analysis methods, and carried out the operation of 14 elements. During the first Five-Year Plan period, China’s metallurgical industry analysts made great achievements in mastering the technology of rare elemental analysis after earnestly studying and now have mastered all the rare light metals, rare high-melting-point metals and rare-earth metals Analysis methods, and mastered the analysis of some rare earth metals and rare precious metals.
