遵照今年中央新出台的《公务用车配备使用管理办法》的指示,海南省委办公厅、省政府办公厅日前印发了《关于开展党政机关公务用车问题专项治理工作方案》。根据治理方案,海南这次公车专项治理的主要内容包括8个方面的问题,即超编制配备使用公务用车,超标准配备使用公务用车,违反规定借车、换车,摊派款项购置公务用车,擅自接受赠车,摊派转嫁运行费用,豪华装饰公务用车,公车私用。目前,在公务用车问题专项治理方面,全国已基本完成动员部署、登记自查和审查核实阶段工作任务,进入全面纠正处理阶段。这一轮的公车专项治理,能否带来跟以往不一样的成果,这次的公车治理能否治出成效?
