临桂硫铁矿位于广西桂林市西南16公里的上村,是个县办小矿,采用平峒开拓,分层崩落法回采,近几年实际产量3～3.5万吨。建矿十年,累计上交税利600万元,相当于全部投资的六倍以上。1985年在学习博白硫铁矿等单位经验的基础上,改革原来亦工亦农用工制度,采用承包工。实行一年来取得了明显效益,矿石成本降低,每年可增加利润几十万元。现将有关情况简单介绍如下。
Located in Shangcun, 16 kilometers southwest of Guilin, Guangxi, Linyi Pyrite Mine is a small mine run by the county. It is exploited by Pingguo exploiting and subsided caving method. In 1985, based on the experience of other units such as the Bobai Pyrite Mine, the original system of employing farm labors was also implemented in the reform and the contractor was employed.
