医疗服务项目价格和药品价格一直是社会关注、群众关心的热点,也是价格监督检查的重点和难点。而药品价格检查又是难点中的难点。因为药品规格剂型多,药品价格调整较频繁,加之多种价格管理形式并存,没有统一编码或编号,实行中、省二级管理,分别定价。每次药品价格检查犹如大海捞针,真伪难辨,煞费苦心,且往往效果甚微。为此有的检查人员只能搞定期抽查,或者根据举报线索重点,集中检查
